Nebraska looking at the poll results …deep sigh….looks like the ho hum Nebraska nice status quo is what this state wants… Guess we now have a shot at 1st place in the race to worst state for taxes.
Disappointed is the nicest word I can think of…… Back to work I have millions of federal and state programs to pay for ..
… Has liberty and the pursuit of happiness completely been killed off?? Are we so blind that we can’t see the dirty two party system not only fails us but ruins the chance at a bright future for our children? Seriously not only disappointed at the results, but the numbers, it’s your duty to vote, no excuses to not. I will aspire to wake up tomorrow with the thought the battle may be lost but the war is not over. When will you join in the fight to reclaim our God given rights and liberties? Or will you be content to leave your children with the debts they can never repay, with the loss of freedoms, happiness and a chance to be all that they can and want to be. I implore those who can wake up and join us before we all end up facing the fate of the masses that have gone before us, always thinking it cannot get worse, later weeping and wailing as they try to explain to their offspring that they never knew it would get this bad. It can it will if you do not take the time to get involved, the powers that be are insuring it through elections such as this.
If we continue on as we do with a few people getting involved, even less voting we are sealing our fate. It just takes 1 action by each person to turn this around. Are our kids not worth our best efforts? Social media, letters to elected officials, letters to editors, showing up at meetings, heeding the call to speak out and be heard at our capitals…take your pick do one and help us help ourselves, our children our future.
